Phnom Penh Reopens Museums, Cinemas and Theaters on 30 October

PHNOM PENH: The Ministry of Culture and Fine Arts has announced the reopening of museums, cinemas and theaters in Phnom Penh, effective from 30 October. But these institutions must strictly follow the Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) , especially cinema safe protocols and health measures set by the Health Ministry. Audiences must show COVID19 vaccination card, scan QR code as well as measure body temperature before entering those places, except the audience under 6 year olds.
